Order Processing

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2 PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
